How do I sign up with Sportsonline?

To sign up, click on the Create an account link on the top right of the home page. Alternatively, you may just enter your email address to subscribe to our newsletters for exclusive offers!

How can I view and update my account details?

Once you are registered with Sportsonline, you may at any time view or modify any of your registered details by logging into your account and accessing the "My Account" section of the Website.

Are Sportsonline's products genuine?

Sportsonline only carries products which we have gotten directly from the brand or authorized distributors. All our products are 100% genuine.

Is it possible to get a merchandise partnership from Sportsonline?

Are your transactions all denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD)?

Yes. All prices and transactions are only in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

How do I make payment for my purchases?

You will need to be logged in to your Sportsonline account. Payment can be made online using PayPal.

How do I know if the purchase was successfully transacted?

If a purchase has been successfully transacted, an order confirmation screen will appear displaying your order reference number. You will receive a confirmation email that contains the details of your purchase and an order reference number. If for any reason the transaction was unsuccessful, kindly place the order again. In case of any doubt, feel to contact our customer service personnel at sportsonlinehk@gmail.com and we will be happy to verify your transaction for you.

Is my purchase transaction secure?

It is our commitment that consumers can shop online securely. We utilise a secure payment gateway via AsiaPay as our payment gateway using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 128-bit encryption. At no time is your credit card information compromised nor is it stored on our servers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You cannot modify or cancel an order after your payment has been made. However, if you have any problems with your purchase, contact us at sportsonlinehk@gmail.com and we will try our best to assist you.

Where do you deliver to?

All products are deliverable to Hong Kong and internationally

What happens after I make my purchase? When will I receive my order?

Typically, we aim to send out all items on the next working day via express courier. However, as a SAFE estimate, you can expect your items to be shipped out within 14 working days (Monday-Friday) of your purchase. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?

We use an express courier service to deliver all orders. A person will be required to sign and accept delivery of the purchased product(s). This is to verify that the goods were delivered and received correctly.

I have not received my parcel. Who can I contact?

How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery within Hong Kong is free of charge for purchases above HKD 400. For purchases below HKD 400, a flat fee of HKD 70 will be imposed for delivery in Hong Kong. You can view your final delivery charges upon checkout.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Do you provide Cash On Delievery(COD)?

Sorry, Cash On Delivery (COD) is not available at this moment, as we do not have enough manpowers to handle.
